Nine Orphans and Vulnerable Children ( OVC ), supported currently by the Accelerated Control of HIV Epidemic and Sustainability Solutions (ACCESS) project Imo State in partnership with the People’s Health and Economic Development Center (PHEDEC) empowered the beneficiaries with sewing machines, hair dryers, auto-mobile kits, and carpentry tools.
