Caritas Nigeria HQ team recently conducted a highly productive and enriching two-day capacity-building exercise at our Imo State office from 25 to 26 July 2023.
The training focused on enhancing the skills, knowledge, and expertise of our team in Imo State while reinforcing best practices in their respective domains such as Pharmacy, Program Management, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning, Health Informatics (HI), Prevention, Care and Support, Laboratory, Quality Improvement (QI), Care and Treatment, and Grants/Finance.
Through interactive sessions and brainstorming, crucial challenges were identified, and provided with technical assistance to strengthen the implementation processes, improving on our systems, and create a more significant impact in the communities we serve.
