The management of Caritas Nigeria is deeply committed to the personal and professional growth of its staff through effective personal development and institutional capacity-strengthening activities.
To this end, project focal persons from across the regional offices are currently attending a Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop in our country office in Abuja, which will further equip staff with the skills and expertise needed to be efficient in their line of duties.
The 3-day training on Safeguarding and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation & Abuse which commenced on the 26th of April which ended on the 28th of April, 2023. The TOT also seeks to strengthen Caritas Nigeria’s efforts in promoting a safe and inclusive environment for employees, stakeholders, and project participants.
