Programmes/Grants Management Closeout Meeting in Enugu

The close-out planning meeting for Programs and Grants Management in the 4GATES program commenced on Monday, 23rd May 2022, and is still in progress at the Training Hall of Hotel Sylvia, Enugu State.

The meeting is aimed at enabling the grants and programs team to plan for an effective and hitch-free close-out exercise when the 5-year 4GATES program comes to an end by September 2022.GrantsCloseoutTrianing08

Speaking at the event, Caritas Nigeria’s Executive Secretary and CEO, Rev. Fr. Uchechukwu Obodoechina on Wednesday, 25th May 2022 urged the participants to ensure proper record keeping in all projects for audit purposes for the donors.

Chief-of-Party for the program, Dr. John Oko, lent his voice to the meeting by advising the teams in the various states to always pair more experienced members with the less-experienced ones in order to ensure knowledge blend and continuation of responsibility.

A total number of 68 participants drawn from Abia State, Delta, Imo, Enugu, and the Headquarters are in attendance.
