Dominic Ofunne joined Caritas Nigeria on January 1, 2022, as the Head of Human Resources Management. He holds a BA in Philosophy from The Pontifical Urbaniana University, Rome, and an MSc in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool. 

Dominic is a Certified Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (MCIPM) and the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), as well as an Associate Certified HR Professional from the United States Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

With a specialization in Talent Acquisition & Retention Strategy, Dominic brings 25 years of core HR experience to his role. His expertise spans various aspects of Human Resources Management, including Recruitment, Manpower & Succession Planning, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and HR Strategy. Dominic has worked across different industries, including HR Consulting, HR Audit, Government, and Non-Governmental Organizations, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the field.
