Following the expiration of Caritas Nigeria’s first strategic plan in 2020, it became imperative for another strategy to be developed.
With fragment funding from the Catholic Relief Services (CRS), a consultant was appointed to support the development of Caritas Nigeria’s strategic plan in March 2022.
Two workshops were organized as part of the process, and the second draft of the strategic plan was produced and reviewed by the senior management team and the board for implementation.
