The Caritas Nigeria Delta State Team met with the Executive Secretary of the Delta State Primary Health Care Development Agency (PHCDA) on 19 May 2020 to introduce to them the Delta State ART ART Surge Emergency Response Team as well as work out modalities for meeting the Executive Secretaries of the 25 LGAs in the State.
At the meeting, Caritas Nigeria implored the Executive Secretary of the PHCDA to use his good offices to support the state HIV program with an integrated approach that would leverage other program areas such as TB, Immunization, RBM(Roll Back Malaria) and MNCH (Maternal Newborn and Child Health).
