During his recent 3-day working visit to Caritas Nigeria project offices in Northeast Nigeria, our Deputy Executive Secretary (DES), Rev. Fr. Peter Babangida Audu, together with Caritas Nigeria Director of Humanitarian Services, interacted with our Humanitarian team in a 2-day Coordination meeting convened by Caritas Nigeria in Yola, Adamawa State.
Caritas Nigeria staff working on several multisectoral humanitarian projects alongside some staff of the Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC) of Maiduguri Diocese were active participants at the meetings. In addition, staff discussed their professional and personal growth-related concerns in a one-on-one interface with our DES, Fr. Audu.
The deliberations among our staff and partners yielded essential reviews, strategies, and recommendations that would enhance our interventions in the region.
