Examination
The Certification Exams The online certification examination is offered after the completion of the training programme, and successful candidates will have their certificates issued by APMG-International, a global accreditation and examination institute. Scope
The Project DPro course covers the following broad aspects of Project Management: Projects and the project phases including why projects fail. Project Identification and design: an overview of Needs Assessment, Stakeholder Analysis, Problem and Objective Tree and Log Frames. Project Dpro
Project Management for Development Professionals (Project Dpro), formerly referred to as PMD Pro, is a globally recognized project management certification for development and humanitarian professionals. Project DPro is aligned with existing internationally recognized project management standards like PRINCE2 and PMP. The training is specifically tailored to meet the needs and realities of the development and humanitarian sector projects. It covers basic project management concepts, techniques, tools, and terms specific to NGOs and the development sector. Project Dpro is well suited for project teams and development workers who intend to pursue professional certification in the field of project management specific to the development/humanitarian sector; Project support staff in NGOs and humanitarian organizations (Logistics, Admin, Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, etc.), experienced program managers who wish to refresh, update and enhance their skills, consultants in the development sector and development stakeholders or anyone involved in changing the world through projects.
