Caritas Africa Delegates Pay Courtesy Visit to Archbishop Kaigama, Acknowledge Church’s Role in Africa’s Progress

Day two of the ongoing Caritas Africa Regional Commission meeting hosted by Caritas Nigeria has the delegates engaging in fruitful deliberations centred on strategies for effective collaboration in addressing pressing issues, such as poverty alleviation, education, and sustainable development.
The participation of Caritas Director of Confederation Development Department, Moira Monacelli, highlights the importance of solidarity and unity in advancing Caritas’s mission of building a better world
The Caritas Africa delegates, accompanied by the senior management team, paid a courtesy visit to the Metropolitan Archbishop of Abuja, Most Rev. Ignatius Kaigama, in a deep respect for the Church’s role in the progressive growth of Africa.
Beyond signifying cooperation, the visit also demonstrated Caritas Africa’s tireless efforts in championing the cause of vulnerable persons in the region, with a view to bringing tangible improvements to the lives of countless Africans.
