Head of Admin

Barbara Chukwu joined Caritas Nigeria in October 2012 and currently serves as the Head of the Admin Depart, where she oversees all administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of both the Head Office and State Offices. Her role includes maintaining office lease and rental agreements, supervising key administrative processes, and fostering an organizational culture that aligns with Caritas Nigeria’s mission and values.  She is committed to fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with Caritas Nigeria’s mission.

Barbara holds a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) Honoris Causa, an MBA, and a B.Sc. in Marketing from the University of Calabar. She specializes in administration, human resource management, procurement, logistics, and asset management. A Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and licensed HR professional, she is also a member of CIA, CIPM, and FCALM. Her leadership continues to enhance organizational effectiveness at Caritas Nigeria.
