Recently, our Abia State team hosted the Caritas Nigeria HQ backstops as part of the ongoing efforts to enhance service delivery on the Accelerated Control of HIV Epidemic and Sustainability Solution ACCESS project funded by The U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through CDC, on the 20 July 2023 in Abia State.
The meeting focused on strengthening the capacity of our state units, sharing valuable insights, best practices, and effective strategies for overcoming challenges. The backstops also supervise and evaluate the progress of the state units involved in the project, ensuring they were on track with the project implementation.
The exchange of feedback during the meeting was a significant aspect that fostered better understanding and collaboration between both teams. This identifies areas of improvement and addresses challenges.
