ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT CHALLENGES!

  1. Caritas Nigeria would be 12 years in September 2022.  She is growing by the day.
    After 12 years of existence, we would like to undertake an Organizational planned change initiative that would enable us look at our organization, see how it has fared all these years, and plan to grow better, using a system approach.  System approach, as you know, would demand from us the use of scientific technology, to enable us plan, develop and align our strategies and structures to improve our effectiveness and service delivery. Our attention would therefore be focused on the critical demands of Organizational Development –‘Assess, Develop, Design, Implement and Evaluate’.
  1. Consequently, we would embark on internal and external consultations, Policy review meetings and working groups, in the fiscal year. Meanwhile, we have engaged a consultant with the task of our Strategic Plan for the next 5years. The planning for the Senior Management Retreat is in top gear. All these are geared towards a renewed and revitalized Caritas Nigeria. We would like you to be involved in these change process.
