Dominic Ofunne is an accomplished HR professional with over 25 years of experience across consulting, government, and non-profit sectors. He currently serves as the Head, Human Resource Management at Caritas Nigeria, where he oversees talent management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives.

He holds a B.A. in Philosophy from The Urban University, Rome, and an MSc in Global Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool. Dominic is a Chartered Member of CIPM, a certified SAP HR professional, and an Associate Certified HR Professional (ACHRP – US).

 He is passionate about building strong HR systems, fostering ethical leadership, and supporting organizational growth through people-focused strategies.
