In Yola, Adamawa State, our Humanitarian Team convened a four-day retreat to reflect on the year’s progress, strengthen collaboration, and plan for greater impact as the year draws to a close.
The retreat, anchored by the Director of Humanitarian Services, Nkese Udongwo, brought together team members from across the country to review achievements, address challenges, and identify new funding and partnership opportunities for the coming year.
During the retreat, the Executive Secretary of Caritas Nigeria, Rev. Fr. Peter Audu, celebrated Holy Mass with the team, urging staff to uphold unity, love, and integrity in their service to humanity.
Throughout the sessions, different project teams shared their experiences, successes, and lessons learned, reaffirming their commitment to compassionate, accountable, and impactful humanitarian work in line with Caritas Nigeria’s mission and values.
