To mark this year’s World Tuberculosis Day, the Caritas Nigeria team implementing The Global Fund GC7 Project, alongside partners, organised a comprehensive health outreach at New Artisan Market Square in Enugu State, providing HIV screening and counselling, tuberculosis diagnosis, malaria testing, and basic vital checks to large numbers of elderly women, youths, and children; beneficiaries requiring additional care also received ancillary drugs, as the initiative strengthened efforts to promote global awareness, reduce stigma, eliminate discrimination, and expand access to essential health services for people affected by HIV and tuberculosis..
