As part of efforts to strengthen collaboration and partnerships within the Caritas Africa region, Caritas Nigeria Executive Secretary/CEO, Fr. Peter Audu, visited Caritas Ghana on 21st November 2025. During the visit, he held a strategic meeting with the National Director of Caritas Ghana, Mr. Richard Akurugu, and his team, focusing on ways the two countries can work together more closely to advance Caritas’ mission across the continent.
Fr. Audu also paid a courtesy visit to Rev. Fr. Clement Adjei, Secretary General of the National Catholic Secretariat of the Ghana Catholic Bishops Conference. The visit aimed to strengthen bilateral relationships and further the Church’s mission in serving vulnerable populations throughout the region. These engagements reflect Caritas Nigeria’s commitment to fostering partnerships and promoting collaborative initiatives that enhance humanitarian and development efforts across Africa.
