From Planning to Closure: Mastering Project Management in Development Programs

In a bid to enhance staff capacity in driving developmental programs and humanitarian interventions, Caritas Nigeria engaged its staff and partners working in Lagos State on Project Management for Development Professionals (PMD Pro) training from 19 to 24 June 2023.
The capacity-building exercise strengthened the project management skills of 30 participants, who were impacted with valuable skills in project identification, design, setup, planning, implementation, and closure.
