DPro Training in Imo State

Share:

A five-day training was organized for Caritas staff in Imo state, to strengthen their capacity in project management through systematic training and accompaniment.

The training focused on project identification/ definition, project setup, planning, implementation, closure (DPR Phase Model), Project life cycle, and project manager competencies. Risk processes focus on categorization, assessment, identification, response strategy, monitoring, and control, while risk response strategy analyses risk avoidance, transference, mitigation, acceptance, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL).

The rationale for the training was to strengthen the capacity of the Imo state team on project management, to produce quality deliverables, through the institutional capacity strengthening unit.
