The second phase of the Stable, Trained and Empowered Me (STEM) project has kicked off in Benin Edo State with the disbursement of startup packs to barbing and fish-farming beneficiaries.
So far, a total of 100 persons (45 in fashion design; 15 in fish farming; 18 in barbing; and 22 in poultry) have been trained.
STEM, a collaboration between Caritas Nigeria and GIZ is aimed at the socio-economic integration of returnee migrants.
