As advertised in the Guardian Newspaper of Monday, September 15, 2025, Catholic Caritas Foundation of Nigeria (CCFN) is requesting your proposal for the project listed below

Vendor Expectations Summary:
The project aims to provide a durable and cost-effective shelter.
The selected vendor is expected to construct/renovate this shelter.
The project is to be completed from start to finish within 2 months from the issuance of the job order.
Key responsibilities include:
Construction Scope:
- Construct/Renovate the shelter ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.
Labor Management:
- The vendor will be responsible for recruiting and paying all labour.
- Unskilled labour must be sourced from the local host communities.
- Skilled labour must be provided by the vendor.
Experience:
- Preference will be given to vendors with prior experience in similar construction.
Safety and Site Management:
- The vendor is accountable for ensuring the safety and security of all materials and equipment on-site throughout the construction period.
The successful vendor will demonstrate a commitment to quality construction, efficient project management, and adherence to timelines, ensuring the timely delivery of safe, durable shelter units for the beneficiaries.
Validity
Vendor proposals shall remain valid for 30 calendar days from the deadline for receipt of quotations.
Please note that CCFN reserves the right to reject part or all of any submitted bids that does not meet prescribed requirements.
2% WHT will be charged to the total amount of the selected bid.
