The word SUSTAIN is the acronym for SUStainable HIV care and Treatment Action In Nigeria. It is a 5-year comprehensive HIV Care, Treatment and Prevention Program funded by CDC. SUSTAIN addresses the unique program needs of FB service providers by reaching out and touching critical and underserved populations.
The goal of the Project is reduce Morbidity and mortality due to HIV infection in Nigeria by working in partnership with faith-based institutions in all thematic areas of HIV & AIDS.
Launched in September 2012, the the SUSTAIN Project is expected to terminate in 2017.
