The primary objectives of the visit were to familiarize himself with staff, especially new staff members, and hold a town hall session with them. During his stay, he also celebrated Holy Mass for the staff, alongside Fr. David Aguneri, who is the Chaplain of Caritas Nigeria Abia State.

Fr. Audu encouraged a spirit of cooperation, resilience, love, and teamwork among the staff. He also used the opportunity to listen to their feedback, with a view to shaping future initiatives and strengthening ongoing improvements. Overall, the visit was not only spiritually enriching, but also productive, fostering a sense of unity and clarity among Caritas Nigeria staff.
