Caritas Nigeria, Abia State Ministry of Health Collaborate on Effective Tuberculosis Screening Program in Umunneochi LGA

In a bid to combat tuberculosis among adults and children, Caritas Nigeria, in collaboration with the Abia State Ministry of Health through the support of Ihv Nigeria, has initiated a life-saving program called the “Tuberculosis Testing Week”. Enhancing Education in Imo State: Caritas Nigeria’s Desk Donation Initiative

FY24 KICK-OFF

With the commencement of FY24 in October 2023, it was expedient for the units to discuss mechanisms for meeting project goals in the second year of the comprehensive HIV prevention, care, and treatment intervention funded by The U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) through CDC, while also addressing some challenges encountered in Year 1, including the delayed arrival of products due to government policies/processes, with a view to enhancing patient outcomes.
